With a national weather center nearby, as well as a leading meteorology university department, professionals at the Oklahoma Spaceport have all the assets they need to accomplish their missions. We operate in an FAA Approved RLV Flight Corridor. For most spaceports noise pollution can be a chief problem. In Oklahoma, however, there are no noise restrictions at the facility.

We enjoy lots of wide-open space, mild winters, beautiful summers, and some of the best fishing and hunting in the region. Families thrive in area communities that take pride in their quality of life and offer small town atmosphere while encouraging economic diversity and growth.
